Equity Plan

As part of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance’s Elevate conference, attendees are encouraged to use the knowledge and skills gained from the conference sessions, the tools from the Resource Library, and ideas sparked from Networking Lounge conversations and Equity Expo videos to take the first step in creating their equity plan. You are encouraged to develop three strategies to move diversity, equity and inclusion efforts forward in your personal life, organization and/or community. Please use the following reflection questions, resources, and examples to develop goals and action steps to move this work forward.

Equity plans submitted will be used for the purpose of checking in on progress. The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance will only follow-up one time, 90 days following the conference. We encourage you to download your submission to help you keep track of your progress. Please note that anyone interested in earning the Equity and Inclusion e-Certificate must submit an equity plan.
