Unrealized Impact: The Case for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion matter — in our communities, in the business world, and most certainly in our schools. Diverse teams have been shown to produce stronger results — in their ability to attract, retain, and satisfy employees; to increase shareholder returns in the private sector, and to improve academic outcomes in the education sector. The purpose of this study is to enhance knowledge in the field about the role diversity, equity, and inclusion play in education organizations.
